An often used term in airplane operation terminology is wet lease and dry lease. And off shoots of this terms are damp lease and moist lease - workings of an idle mind I guess.
Simply put wet lease involves leasing of a plane along with its crew and dry lease is lasing a plane without the crew.

http://www.businessballs.com/quizballs/quizballs_free_trivia_quiz_questions_answers.htm
Some questions are excellent while others are very common. A mixed bag, as we call it.
An American link so many questions would not be relevant from our quizzing point of view.
